In Good Taste - fun fold

Hi there

Do hope you are all keeping well, it is a beautiful sunny day here in Essex today!
In fact, we have had so many lovely days, that I heard on the radio that one farmer said it was drought conditions and he was worried about harvesting his crops!  And there was me just enjoying a lovely sunny spell, but I guess it is not good for everyone!

I saw a really fun fold card created by the lovely Chris Slogar over at Buckeye Inklings, well I just had to case her and the new catalogue!   Please do pop over to her website to see her wonderful projects and her great video tutorial :) .

Here is my take on Chris's card :)
These are the first two inside pages with a tag on the left and two tags in the split pockets on the right hand side.
This is the last page, also with a pocket for a pull out notecard :)
Hope you have enjoyed seeing a few sneak peeks out of the new catalogue available from 3 June, please do let me know if you would like a copy of the new catalogue, if you don't already have a demonstrator, I would be delighted to post one out to you.

Take care and have fun getting inky.

CAS'ing Kelly Kent - 6" x 6" OSW

Hi there

Hope you are all keeping well and managing to stay sane during this 'stay at home' time!

I have been searching Pinterest for a 6 x 6 OSW (One Sheet Wonder) for a while, but never found what I was looking for! Until I saw Kelly's post today! Wowzer, I was so happy... this lovely OSW is just the ticket! Perfect for what I wanted :)

Here is my take on Kelly's fabulous project, which you can see here on her blog :)  Kelly has shared the cutting dimensions and products needed as well as a cutting diagram for the 6 x 6 paper :)

I had so much fun making these cards, that I decided to make a little cover/holder to pop them into as well, these cards are our usual full sized cards, not notecards :)
Here is the inside with full sized envelopes. Two cards and envelopes on each side of the holder.

I used the Pressed Petals DSP and the Positive Thoughts stamp set, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla cardstock with Mossy Meadow cardstock for the layering.

If you have any questions or queries, please do contact me, I would be happy to help.

Floral Essence - flip flap card

Hi there

Another day in lockdown...

Do hope you are keeping well and managing to find things to keep you occupied :)

I saw this cute fun fold on Dawn Griffith's You Tube channel - Dawn's Stamping Thoughts

This is my take on her cute card, please do pop over to Dawn's channel to see her beautiful creations.

I used the beautiful Floral Essence set and Grapefruit Grove cardstock for the card base.  My second panel is embossed with the layered leaves embossing folder.

The sentiment is also from the Floral Essence stamp set, and below is the inside :)
Hope you give this fun fold a try!

Take care, stay safe and have fun getting inky!

Watercolour - Do the impossible

Hi there

Hope you are all keeping well, it is a cloudy day here today in Essex and we are just chilling out, being a bit lazy! Lol

I had some fun making these two cards using the 'Do the Impossible' stamp set. I was drawn to the set as my hubby loves cycling, so always handy to have some images that relate to his hobby! ;)

I did a water colour wash background and let it dry before stamping on the images.

As always, if you have any questions, please do let me know as I would be happy to help.

Take care and stay safe, have fun getting inky!

Colourful Seasons corner fold

Hi there

Good morning, do hope you are keeping well and managing to get some time to do a bit of  crafting.  I feel so blessed that I have this wonderful outlet to keep me creative and the 'old grey cells' still functioning! Tee hee

My card today is a square corner fold in Mint Macaron cardstock and a small amount of Best Dressed DSP.  The images and sentiments are from the Colourful Seasons stamp set.  The small daisy is in Purple Posy cardstock.

The Adirondack chair die is part of the Colourful Season's set, also die cut out of Mint Macaron cardstock.

If you would like any further information on this card or products used, please contact me, I would be delighted to help you.

Take care and stay safe, have fun getting inky.
